Mentor Program

Your step by step guide to transitioning to eXp reality.

  1. New agent applies to eXp and signs the ICA and mentor agreement.

  2. Mentor is notified and can accept or decline mentee offer.

  3. Mentee, Mentor and Broker sign the compensation agreement via email.

  4. Mentor guides mentee through their first three transactions.

  5. Mentee completes all Mindflash courses.

  6. Mentor submits the Mentee Graduation request form.

  7. Mentee is Graduated from the program.
